Every good website requires careful forethought. That’s why we start with a short planning phase (optional but highly recommended), followed by a fixed-fee build based on what we’ve scoped together.
The Planning Stage
Before quoting for a build, we can run a short, paid planning session to figure out exactly what you need. This is ideal if you’re unsure where to start or you’re still shaping your content and structure.
If you already have a clear brief, content and sitemap, you can skip this stage and go straight to the build stage.

After the planning stage, we’ll give you a fixed price for the build – based on the size of the site and how much content support you need. The more ready your content is, the simpler and more affordable the build.
You choose the tier, we’ll quote the content level.

Domain Names & Web Hosting
Domain names and hosting are not included in your website build — but we’ll guide you through what to choose and where to buy it, based on your site’s needs.
If you don’t have these yet, we’ll help you:

Buy your domain name (usually £10–£20/year)

Set up reliable hosting (from around £5–£15/month)
We’ll connect your domain and hosting as part of the build.
Retainers are payable in advance of work starting. All client interaction is billed against the retainer hours. If you go over the retainer hours, you will be billed at the Ad Hoc rate.
Ad hoc hours
Ad hoc hours are charged on a pay-as-you-go basis and are useful if you just have the odd job that needs doing. If you are not sure how many hours you need, we can start off with a trial on an ad hoc basis before moving over to a retainer package.
