What they needed
Emily wanted a website that would position Smart Steps as a modern, sophisticated partner - moving beyond typical wellness stereotypes to present the rigorous, clinical expertise her business offers.
How the Cavalry helped
Brand strategy first, then a full brand refresh and a custom-built website. I gave families and practitioners their own paths through the site, with a members’ area to hold the practitioner training content.
Mission accomplished
One site that speaks to both audiences without either overshadowing the other. Families land somewhere warm and professional; practitioners get a secure space for training and community. The brand now works across Emily’s social media and training too, and has room to grow.
