A family project. The farm offers two quite different services, and needed a site that helped people find the right one, answered the usual questions before anyone had to ask them, and got each enquiry to the right person.
How the Cavalry helped
I built the site on Wix Studio with a clear route into each service, and an information point that answers the common questions up front, so visitors can find what they need without having to get in touch. I also set up the enquiry forms so livery enquiries go to Sharon and barn storage enquiries go to the barn storage contact.
Mission accomplished
Visitors get their answers straight away, and the enquiries that do arrive are from people who already know what they’re asking about and reach the person who can answer them. They've received nothing but compliments and had countless enquiries as a result of the new website.
